| Jef Poulsen Jef practises primarily in the area of creditor remedies, realization on security, banking and insolvencies. His practice consists primarily of representing financial institutions, creditors, receivers and trustees in bankruptcy. Jef is a member of the Executive Committee of the Insolvency Section of the B.C. Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and is also a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
